MEMORANDUM

1. Effective immediately, no member of this unit will be alone with           for any period of time. Two-person rule applies at all times.

2. Base psychologist               has now collected twenty-three reports of what staff are calling "shared dreams." The reports are consistent in content across people who have not discussed them with each other.
