1. Terminal TFHT-7 (8086 CPU, 640K, 20MB fixed disk, monochrome display) was installed 19 MAY 1983 inside the Building 7 Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Room 7.
2. Physical access to the SCIF requires a cleared escort, a badge with endorsement, and sign-in at the vault door. The terminal is the only computer inside the SCIF. It does not leave the SCIF. Nothing about it leaves the SCIF.
3. The XENOCOM serial listener was loaded on COM2 to receive telemetry from Object during activation events.
4. At 0412 on 20 MAY 1983, XENOCOM received its first telemetry burst. is not connected to COM2. There is no cable. I checked twice.
5. Recommend the terminal remain powered on at all times. .
